UITitleBar: black buttons

People from Apple are also human
Apple refused our last update. Cookmate crashes when the user wants to create a picture and has no camera — usually via iPod touch. This bug was also in first version of Cookmate, which passed approval. That’s weird. We re-sent fixed version again to Apple and hopefully will be soon on App Store near you also with new recipes available via In-App purchase.
